NATIONWIDE House will welcome back captain Russell Arkley as they head to Great Bedwyn in the Wiltshire Division.

David Coates has been leading the Pipers House side in Arkley’s absence and while they have lost two of the four matches to date, the other two were washed out, to leave them at the foot of the table, the returning skipper has been pleased with his stand-in’s efforts.

Arkley said: “During my absence the performances have been good and David Coates has done a fantastic job.

“I strongly believe we belong in this division and we need to start winning the important stages during games to ensure results go our way.”

As well as Arkely returning, Nationwide will welcome back leg-spinner Ravi Samant after he completed his year at university for his first start of the campaign, while Joe Perkins and Mark Flay also come back to give us some good experience.

Nationwide know that they will have a tough test at Great Bedwyn as they currently lie second in the table and pushed Premier Two outfit Goatacre close in their National Village Knock-out Cup clash last Sunday.
