JOSH Loughrey enjoyed an impressive day in Madrid as he made the cut at the Peugeot Open.
Before attacking his second round the Wrag Barn pro first had to complete his first set of 18 holes, which he did in one-over par, but his second round was much more impressive.
Loughrey began with a bogey at the third but hit back with three birdies in his first nine holes, before doing the same on the back nine as he only dropped three more shots to leave him two-under for the tournament.
The youngster resumes action in Spain today.
