GEORGE Webb and James Emmanuel came out on top of the 24 entrants at Broome Manor’s first tigers club championships.
Webb, eight, won the Super Tigers Champoionship carding a combined 90 from his two nine hole rounds. Eight-year-old Lewy Hayward was runner-up as he shot 91 with Harry Dearsley, nine, in third with 93.
Ten-year-old Emanuel’s 75 saw him see off competition from 10-year-old Olivia Bannan who carded 85 and seven-year-old Ryan Gallagher’s 97.
Broome coach Lee Hayward said: "It was a cracking first event and big thanks to Richard Deacon for sponsoring the day, all players thoroughly enjoyed the experience of a big event.”
