JACK Haines provided the platform for Goatacre to claim an eight-run victory at Clevedon in Premier Two.
The opening batsman helped his side recover from the early loss of Ed Wilkins with a fine 54 to push his side to 215-8.

Goatacre captain Brad Dawson lead the way with the ball as he claimed 3-32, while their were two wickets apiece for Matthew House, Craig Gibbens and Kevin Iles.
Dawson said: βIt was a great win, no-one expected us to beat Clevedon.β
