Need to go before my car gets locked in. Bye.
In other news, before I get kicked out for loitering, Nathan Greaves will almost certainly be out of tomorrow's clash with Lakeside with a thumb ligament injury.
No guest as of yet.

6 from batch and we would still be in this - captain - what a joke he is - let me guess his reaction "one of those nights?" - yes just like for Australia and at cardiff etc etc etc etc zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz
Batchelor was ill this evening it turns out. Still would expect more but maybe a little more understandable?
Sorry for the delay.
Reaction from Alun Rossiter now, who was not best pleased.
“It doesn’t matter who it is, we should perform better than that and I’m disappointed by the performance from some of the boys tonight,” he said.
“Troy did come to me before the meeting and said he wasn’t feeling well, so that could be part of it, but it wasn’t a good performance from everyone. Peter did his job, Dak did his job and Stevie did alright but the rest struggled a little.
“We seem to struggle down here and I don’t know why, I really don’t know why.
“We’ve got Lakeside next and it’s a home meeting which we need to win. We need to be taking maximum points from all of our home meetings now if we’re going to make the play-offs.”
Reaction to come.
PIRATES WIN 56-35
Heat 15: Janowski, Ward, Kildemand, North R; 61.07 - 5-1 (56-35)
The Poole duo have the max sorted by turn three.
9:41pm Wed 6 Aug 14
lawnmower man says
1 Point from batch wot a joke hes suspose to be a heat leader wish we kept hans or bought doyley in
@AndyWarren_ batch what a joke #adverspeedway— @robinsfan123 06 August 2014
Janowski, Ward, North, Kildemand for heat 15.
Heat 14: Milik, Newman, Morris, S Worrall; 61.72 - 5-1 (51-34)
Maximum from the tapes. Morris chases Newman to the line and hit the fence after the race is finish.
He's bruised apparently but no more it seems
Worrall takes Greaves' place in heat 14, as usual. Hope Nathan's ok.
Heat 13: Janowski, Kildemand, Ward, Batchelor; 60.37 - 4-2 (46-33)
Ward’s last corner move on Batchelor earns another home heat advantage.
Heat 12: Grajczonek, North, S Worrall, Newman; 61.0 – 3-3 (42-31)
Grajczonek wins from the tapes.
9:18pm Wed 6 Aug 14
Re your comment of there wasn't much choice as guest. That may be true but Richie Worrall has been shocking the last month so it was terrible booking... Again. We are terrible at booking guests.. Fact
Who would you have had though?
Newman in for Compton.
Heat 11: Janowski, Kildemand (tac), Morris, Pawlicki FX; 60.50 – 3-5 (39-28)
Another incident as Pawlicki slows and is thumped into the fence by Morris, with the Pirates rider excluded as both walk away. In the re-run, with Kildemand in black and white, Janowski rides a great first turn despite being given a huge bump, to limit the damage.
The result of our earlier poll looks to be coming true, unless Kildemand can do something about it here.
Pawlicki is up to a big cheer.
Pawlicki excluded and still down, Morris walks away.
Another big hit as Pawlicki slows and is hit by Morris, with the Pirates rider tossed along the air fence like a rag doll. Medics there.
Kildemand goes in black and white
Heat 10: Ward, Grajczonek, Batchelor, R Worrall; 60.31 – 5-1 (36-23)
Ward basically rides across the grass to pass R Worrall and then scythes through Batchelor.
Back at tapes as we resume,
9:04pm Wed 6 Aug 14
Surely we could have got a better guest then Ritchie, bad mistake there.
In all honestly there was not an awful lot to choose from. Gustafsson's average is 6.13 so Worrall was probably the best option. Barker, Lambert, Thorssell, Lahti?
Greaves withdrawn from the meeting but he would probably have been replaced by Worrall for ride four anyway. Hope he's alright.
Was that an intentional move from Poole to stop the tactical from being used? Who knows.
The doctor's been called back to see Greaves, worryingly, so racing suspended.
Heat nine: S Worrall, Compton, Newman R, Greaves FX; 61.56 - 2-3 (31-22)
Big hit as Greaves slides off on his own and is thumped into by Compton. Both walk away but Greaves is excluded. Newman fails on the line in the re-run as Worrall easily beats Compton in a match race.
Racing suspended for a little as the doctor is looking at Greaves
A bit of work on the track after that incident.
Obviously he is excluded too.
Greaves walked away holding his shoulder.
Bad crash as Greaves comes off alone, Compton lays it down to try and avoid him but can only thump into the back of Nathan. Both are up.
8:36pm Wed 6 Aug 14
The only thing Batch looks like winning is the toss - why oh why didnt we retain Hans?
One chance and one chance only for the Robins to use black and white. That will be in heat 10.
Heat eight: Milik, Pawlicki, North, R Worrall; 60.34 – 5-1 (29-19)
North’s winning run ends with the Pirates pairing far too quick.
Morris said he can't afford to get beaten by reserves now he's moved to number four, but it's happened at the first time of asking. Newman's a good rider though.
Heat seven: Newman, Morris, Grajczonek, Greaves; 61.62 – 4-2 (24-18)
Morris twitching at the start his time forces Grajczonek through the tapes, but the Aussie can’t repeat Janowski’s heroics.
Grajczonek off 15 this time.
Morris moves on the line again, with Grajczonek this time breaking the tapes.
Heat six: Kildemand, Pawlicki, Milik, Batchelor; 60.03 – 3-3 (20-16)
Batchelor rides a good first turn to allow Kildemand through to take the win, but the Aussie slips to the back in a shared heat.
Heat five: Ward, Janowski, Morris, R Worrall; 60.62 - 5-1 (17-13)
Morris’s movement at the start forces Janowski to drop too early and break the tapes and, going off 15 metres, the Pole works his way superbly through both Robins for a 5-1.
Looks like Alun Rossiter is taking a closer look at heat 5, from the centre green. I reckon he wants a look at Morris.
Janowski is excluded and is now going off 15m.
Morris moves, forcing Janowski through the tapes.
@AndyWarren_ robins need greaves to score for any chance of a win #Adverspeedway— @robinsfan123 06 August 2014
Heat four: North, Milik, S Worrall, Compton; 60.88 – 2-4 (12-12)
Brilliant first corner from North sees him round Milik and take the win despite the Czech throwing the bike at the Robins man in every corner.
Heat three: Janowski, Pawlicki, Worrall, Batchelor; 60.63 - 5-1 (10-8)
Strong turn one from both Pirates muscles out Batchelor, who eventually pulls up.
Encouraging from Greaves. Very poor gate but rode well for little reward.
Heat two: Newman, S Worrall, Compton, Greaves; 61.38 – 4-2 (5-7)
Both Robins miss the start but Worrall does well to round Compton. Greaves looks fast but can’t pass.
Pretty petulant from Ward there if you ask me.
@AndyWarren_ well done to the ref letting it go while Ward just stood in the middle of the track waving his arms! #adverspeedway— @STFC1969 06 August 2014
Red lights on with Newman rollling. Straight back round to the start.
Heat one: North, Kildemand, Grajczonek, Ward R; 60.66 – 1-5 (1-5)
Kildemand gives Ward a massive bump in turn one and the Robins have a 5-1. Ward barely makes an effort to leave the track after stopping but the ref allows it to continue.
Riders at the tapes for heat one
Introductions done and we're ready to go.
@AndyWarren_ 2-0. A goal in the last 5 of each half.— @chetanv82 06 August 2014
Troy Batchelor wins the toss and takes one and three in heat one for the Robins

@AndyWarren_ Robins to struggle tonight unfortunately - Poole victory by 10+ points. Pirates will be buzzing after Monday....— @chisy10 06 August 2014
As many of you have noticed, yes, the Pirates do have a new reserve this evening.
7:22pm Wed 6 Aug 14
Di kanny oh says
One minute Compton was too high up the fast track list gets injured and somehow has moved down the list to 25th thus allowing Poole to sign him talk about corruption of the system and exploiting this fast track riders situation I believe teams should not be allowed to keep changing teams unless one member is injured, speedway is a farce and complete joke at present and needs a complete overhaul.
4:19pm Wed 6 Aug 14
Hope we ride under protest at the rule bending by Poole now they have signed Benji Compton, even their own supporters are asking how they have got away with it!!!
7:16pm Wed 6 Aug 14
our line up on here is missing batch but saying that he always goes missing when were at poole
All sorted, good spot. Hopefully he does turn up...
One change for the Robins, with Richie Worrall in for absent Swede Simon Gustafsson.
It's a nice sunny evening here in Dorset so hopefully we're set for a good meeting.
Good evening everyone and welcome to the Adver's live coverage of Swindon Robins' trip to Poole.
THIS SERVICE WILL BEGIN AT 7.15PM
