TJ BOHANE scored a hat-trick as Highworth Town recovered from two goals down to clinch a 3-2 victory over Cheltenham Saracens in their Hellenic League Premier Division clash at The Elms tonight.

Saracens raced into a two-goal lead against John FIsher’s men before Bohane struck twice in a minute to level matters.

The frontman completed his treble in the second period, Wootton Bassett Town secured back-to-back league wins for only the second time this season as they won 3-1 at Thatcham Town.

Paul Braithwaite’s men made a fine start and were a goal to the good on 11 minutes when Steve Yeardley headed in a Dan Bailey cross.

The second goal arrived just past the midway point of the first 45 minutes as Callum Wright’s cross allowed Lewis Petrie to cause havoc in the home defence and an own goal doubled Bassett’s advantage.

Thatcham halved the deficit in the second period, but the points were made safe for the Wiltshire men as Nathan Gambling netted with a super half-volley.
