WOOTTON Bassett Town secured back-to-back league wins for only the second time this season as they won 3-1 at Thatcham Town on Tuesday night.
Steve Yeardley headed in a Dan Bailey cross before Lewis Petrie doubled the visitors’ lead from Callum Wright’s delivery.
Nathan Gambling netted a third for Paul Braithwaite’s men after Thatcham had reduced the deficit.
Last weekend, goals from James Skinner and Henry Traas earned Bassett a 2-1 win over Milton United at the Corinium Stadium.
Braithwaite’s side face Milton again this Saturday.
