Adver Sport's Tom Bassam with his rating from Town's 1-0 win at Peterborough.

Wes Foderingham

Had to make a couple of big saves to keep Town ahead in both halves, also showed outrageous daring with the ball at his feet. 7

Raphael Branco

Solid in the air and in the tackle, his physicality was key in shackling Posh. Fortunate not to concede a penalty though. 7

Nathan Thompson

Assured as ever and dealt well with McLean, a real captain’s performance. 7

Jordan Turnbull

Keen in the tackle and had to be on a couple of occasions. The youngster has a excellent sense of danger and how to snuff it out. 8

Nathan Byrne

Back to his busy best, teasing the Posh left side all game.  7

Jack Stephens

It’s going to take a bold move to remove this man from midfield. Excellent in his shielding duties and does not want for passing ability either. 8*

Louis Thompson

Another quality display in the deeper role, did a bit of everything and did it well. 7

Harry Toffolo

Created the first with an excellent low cross and looked decent in defence as well. Maturing in front of the eyes as a professional. 7

Ben Gladwin

Tricky and clever with the ball at his feet in the opening half, created the goal early in the second then withdrawn as Town sought more control. 7

Andy Williams

Took his goal with a clinical touch and looked bright all game, an impressing return to the starting XI. 8

Jonathan Obika

A more rounded display this week capped off with a good firm header for the goal. 8

Subs

Massimo Luongo (on for Gladwin, 57)

Added drive to the midfield, not a bad sub to bring on. 6

Yaser Kasim (on for L Thompson, 65)

A reassuring presence after his introduction. 6

Amari’i Bell (on for Toffolo, 86)

Little time to make an impact. 6
