TOWN fans can expect to see Harry Toffolo in next weekend’s home game with Fleetwood after Mark Cooper confirmed the club will be trying to confirm his loan extension before next Saturday.

The Norwich youngster’s initial one-month deal expired after the win at Peterborough, a game where the 19-year-old assisted Andy Williams for the opener.

Toffolo has grown into his wing-back role after displacing Amari’i Bell for the game against Preston and has featured in all three of Town’s league wins against their promotion rivals.

Cooper clearly wants Toffolo to stay, though he did think the young defender looked a little leggy against Peterborough.

Asked on the situation regarding Toffolo, Cooper said: “We’re trying to sort it out. Hopefully that should be resolved soon, certainly before next Saturday.

“He looked a little tired and got forced back a bit by (Nathaniel) Mendez-Laing, who was left forward to stop Harry getting forward. He did okay, but he’s done great (in his month).”
