SOUTH Swindon gained their first win of the season in style, thrashing second bottom Old Town United B 8-1 in Under 14 Division Two.
Peter Williams and Likumar Ranamager both scored twice, with single strikes for Kishan Shrees, Reece Banks, Mitchell Hogg and Dipendra Pun.
Purton slipped into second spot after going down 1-0 away at Pewsey Vale, who moved into top spot after their second game of the week saw them run out 4-0 away winners at Blueprint Chiseldon, Chris Ward and Jack Copp both bagging braces for Pewsey.
Old Town United A remain in fifth spot after a 4-3 home win over Ferndale Rodbourne B, Ben Smith firing a hat-trick for Old Town.
