I DON’T know how Jason Doyle is feeling right now but I am sure he will come back into the Swindon side this evening pretty stoked after his win at the Czech Grand Prix on Saturday.

Jason did absolutely awesome. He rode brilliantly in every race and I am sure it will be the first of many Grand Prix wins for him.

Myself and Jason have worked together quite a bit over the last few years. As well as both riding for Swindon this year, we also have the same team in Poland too.

I have known him for a number of years now and we’ve always been quite close. We are a bit different personalities but when we see each other, we have a good laugh and he’s a good guy to be around.

He has always been a big help to me ever since I came over to England to race a few years ago.

I have seen the work he has done over the last few years and the injuries he’s had and come back from. He’s worked unbelievably hard and now he’s one of the best riders in the world. Full credit to him – he absolutely deserves it.

You always look out for other riders and see what they are doing and he’s someone who I have always studied and tried to learn from, and he’ll always give me a bit of help or advice if I need it.

Jason is the type of guy who is hungry to win every race. For him, there’s no other option and when you’ve got someone like that on your team, you have always got a great chance to doing really well.

He has ridden brilliantly for Swindon all year and if we are going to achieve anything this year, he is going to play a big part in that.

It was good for us to all get back together for Swindon against Lakeside last week after quite a long time without a meeting.

If we can put in another performance like we did then, hopefully we should be able to get another good result up at Coventry tonight.

We had a good win up there earlier in the season but it won’t be easy – Coventry are not a side that anyone should take lightly.

They are towards the bottom of the table right now but they are not a bad side on paper, so it should be a close meeting.
