CALNE Eagles' 5-3 reverse at Hilperton United was their third defeat on the spin since returning to the top flight.
The Eagles led 2-1 at half-time as goals from Mickey Taraskevics and Barry Forster cancelled out Tom Parr's Hilperton opener but a Reuben Spong hat-trick and Tom Blackman wrapped up the win, despite Ryan Mortimer's own goal.
The top two from last season, Luxol St Andrews and defending champions Melksham Town A played out a goalless draw, while having netting six goals in each of their opening two games, Stockton & Codford had to settle for a 1-0 victory at home to fellow title hopefuls Freshford United.
Kieron Edwards bagged the winner.
Trowbridge Town Reserves claimed their first points of the season after they defeated Warminster Town Reserves 1-0, the only goal coming from the penalty spot after 53 seconds as Gavin Francis tucked the ball away.
Westbury United Development suffered an 8-0 loss at home to Three Daggers, Jack Hayward with a hat-trick, substitute Michael Johnson and Jono Hogarth adding doubles and Phil Hampson the other.
