Adie Mings believes Chippenham Town are at a disadvantage to their play-offs rivals heading into the season's climax.
The Bluebirds boss is unhappy the semi-final at Halesowen on Tuesday comes so close after the end of the season and says the final day fixtures work against his side.
Team Bath visit Hardenhuish Park on Saturday still with a chance of the title while Halesowen travel to mid-table Mangotsfield and Bashley go to relegated Bedford.
Mings said: "I will be trying to win the game but I have not got the squad of Halesowen. I would imagine they will rest eight to ten players "We have got to be as strong as we can, hope we don't pick up any injuries and hope we are still fresh enough for Tuesday.
"Bashley go to Bedford and can treat the game as a training exercise and Mangotsfield have nothing to play for."
And the Bluebirds boss feels there should be more time between the end of the season and the play-offs.
He said: "I would like to have seen the semi-final played the following Saturday because most sides need at least a week to recover after a hard season.
"To have to play so soon is not quite fair but I have to make sure the boys are ready.
Because of this, Mings is in two minds what side to field against the students.
He said: "It is like Avram Grant's scenario at Chelsea next week. They have got to play Manchester United on Saturday knowing they've got Liverpool in the Champions League days later.
"Do you play as strong side knowing you have got another big game 72 hours later?"
