Turland shines in international

Wiltshire's Hannah Turland was in fine form for England in the under 16s girls' international match against Spain at Heswall, but could not prevent the visitors winning by eight and a half to three and a half.
Turland, who plays for Tidworth Garrison, paired up with Elizabeth Mallett to halve her foursomes and won her singles 5/4.
England was also represented by Hayley Davis (Ferndown) and Sophie Godley (Lindrick).
