Rosemary completes a clean sweep

Rosemary Barber of Avon Valley Runners has completed a clean sweep in the Yeovilton 5K series of races.

Barber took part in the sixth and finalracein this year's monthly series held at Yeovilton and completed the race in 21 minutes, 57 seconds.

Although this was not her fastest time in theseries, it was sufficient to secure the fastest female veteran over 55 prize.

This year Barber had previously won that category in all of the other races and so took the seriesfemale over 55 award.

Her times also meant thatshe took third placeoverall in the female rankings.
