THE Wiltshire Schools Under 16 Girls football team have qualified for tomorrow's ESFA Inter County Trophy Final.
The national final is against Leicester and Rutland at Lincoln City FC.
On the way to the final the Wiltshire team defeated Somerset 2-1 after extra time with goals from Abby Picton and Amber Matthews. In the quarter-finals Wiltshire defeated Hertfordshire 4-1 with Goals from Picton, Sophie Barrett(2) and Laura McGlone.
The semi-final saw the girls travel to Middlesex to put in a convincing performance to emerge as 3-0 victors, with Alison Witts (2) and Barrett scoring to deservedly book their place in the showpiece.
