BRINKWORTH Cats sealed title glory with a 5-1 victory over second-placed Highworth Town Juniors T in Under 12 Division Two Goals from Josh Harris and Luke Whitmarsh gave Cats a two-goal lead before Highworth struck from a corner before half time.

Ben Gerrish slotted home the important third goal from the spot early in the second half, before Danny Wykes scored two goals to complete the victory.

Cricklade Youth prevailed 4-2 in an exciting match against 10-man Penhill Allstars.

Penhill twice took the lead in the first half after Gary McDonald had equalised for Cricklade.

Joe Trupia pulled Cricklade level again early in the second half with a good run and shot, and he then put Cricklade in the lead.

Both sides had chances before Lewis Mitchell sealed the win for Cricklade with an effort from outside the area.

Under 17/18 Division Two

Wootton Bassett Town C overcame a spirited Fairford Town 6-1 after falling behind to an early goal.

Brad Hooper equalised for Bassett and further strikes from Danny Hale, Robbie Ali, Ben Hillerby, Kane Lever and Joe Shepherd secured all three points.

Under 16 Division One

AFC Barbury were too strong for Ferndale Rodbourne and won with two fantastic goals from Jamie Pidgeon.

Under 16 Division Two

CROFT Juniors B dominated their match against Marlborough Town from start to finish with a great passing performance.

Their scorers were Shaun James, Luke Carter, Ben Peterson, Aaron Dainton (2) and Lewis Petrie (2).

Under 15 Division Two

CROFT Juniors B took the lead against Greenmeadow B through Daniel Dicks, only to be pegged back by a 20-yard volley from Karl Lewington.

Dicks then scored twice more to complete his hat-trick, before Barry Murphy pulled one back for Greenmeadow.

David Kinuthia put Croft 4-2 up before Mark Hutton netted for Greenmeadow.

Although Coleshill Juniors had the best of the early exchanges against Fairford Town, it was the latter side who took the lead when Jonny Light scored.

Coleshill equalised through Vito Faircloth, but Bryce Clarke put Fairford ahead once more, and after the break Light, Luke Jowett, Tariq Stone and Frazer New added further goals.

Under 15 Division Three

PENHILL Knights found two early goals on their way to an emphatic 8-0 win at Marlborough Town, and a further two goals came in the first half with four more after the break.

Finding the net for Penhill were Ryan King, Josh Telling, David Heskett, Chester Dolisznyi. Luke Syles smashed in a hat-trick and there was a 25-yard screamer from Connor Cooke.

Under 14 Division Two

Eldene Rangers started well against Tetbury Town and took an early lead thanks to a goal from Jason Ale.

Both teams then scored a goal apiece and Eldene went into the break 2-1 up, with their second coming from Liam Clark.

After the interval the visitors were soon back in the game, scoring two goals to take the lead.

But Eldene were not finished and a great through ball to Ashley Quelch saw him bag the final goal as the game finished level.

Under 14 Division Four

KINGSHILL SC played some excellent football against Malmesbury, with Jordan McGann hitting his second hat-trick in as many games to put Kingshill 3-0 up.

Malmesbury never gave up and started to create chances, but Kingshill forced an own goal just before the break to seal the win.

Croft Juniors B secured a sensational 6-3 victory over Northern Lights S despite finding themselves trailing 3-0 at the break.

Croft fought back with goals coming from Brad Ford (2), Josh West (2), Shanan Ward and Liam Flanagan.

Under 12 Division One

FC Abbeymeads finished their league campaign with a comprehensive 13-2 win against 10-man Cirencester Town.

Long-range shots from Jake O’Neill, Lewis Newman and Aiden Millar set Abbeymeads on their way and then Danny West volleyed in from a corner.

Further goals came from players including Gabriel Diga, Ben Lodge and Jack Johnson, to complete a magnificent season for Abbeymeads.

Under 12 Division Three

CROFT Juniors and Pinehurst Rangers both had chances but neither could find the net in a goalless draw.

Under 11 Division One

Liden Community A won 2-1 against Swindon Supermarine, playing brilliantly against a team fighting for the title. Blake Hutchings scored Liden's first goal and Kai Tonkin scored the second before Supermarine scored in the second half to set up a tight finish.

Under 11 Division Two

CROFT Juniors edged a close contest against Ferndale Rodbourne A in midweek.

Croft started the stronger and went in 2-0 up at half time thanks to goals from Scott Hartley and Louis O'Shea.

Ferndale halved the deficit midway through the second half but could not force an equaliser as chances went begging at both ends.

Croft then secured another three points with a fine 4-2 away victory at Wootton Bassett Town.

Croft went three goals ahead in the first half thanks to Robert Jankov-Ebsworth, Joseph Kirby and Jay Chagger.

Bassett pulled one back before half time and another midway through the second half to set up a tense finish.

But Croft broke away in injury time and Louis O'Shea wrapped up the win.

Under 11 Division Three

LIDEN Community B took an early lead against Stratton Youth with a fine finish from Kaylumn Arnold.

Dillon Gibbs scored a thumping header to put the hosts 2-0 up, before Aiden Bennett made the game safe with an outstanding goal in the second half.

Under 11 Division Four

PENHILL Knights showed good spirit to score twice late on against Pewsey Vale, although they lost the game 6-2.

Knights found the net when a through ball from Keelan Boyce set Owen Miles though and he tucked past the oncoming goalkeeper.

In the last attack of the game, Boyce turned goalscorer as he added Penhill’s second of the match.

Under 10 Division One

CIRENCESTER Town twice came from behind to snatch a midweek draw against Purton.

Purton took a deserved lead early in the first half and held it until midway through the second, when Oli Rejek netted the equaliser.

Purton went ahead again before Ciren forced a penalty that James Thomas put away.

Ciren then fought back from a goal behind to defeat plucky Highworth Town Juniors C.

Jack Smart put Highworth in front when he smashed a superb shot into the top corner.

The second half saw a fantastic Cirencester performance which was capped off by a hat-trick from Sam Brewster.

Under 10 Division Two

HIGHWORTH Town Juniors H took the lead against Stratton Youth through Joe Marshall, before the latter side equalised prior to the break.

In the second half Stratton took the lead before Marshall scored again.

Dan Mulvey then scored his first goal for Highworth and Marshall netted from distance for his hat-trick.

Stratton pulled a goal back to make it a nervy ending but Highworth held on to win.

Euan Burke found the net for Wootton Bassett Town A but visitors Croft Juniors scored three of their own to take victory.

Under 10 Division Three

FERNDALE Rodbourne won 2-1 in midweek against Blunsdon Colts B thanks to a late penalty from Ryan Howells, after Callum Ratcliffe had scored Ferndale's opener.

Ferndale then gained their second win of the week with a comfortable 8-0 win against Highworth Town Juniors J.

Joshua Blackmore was on fire with six goals as Ferndale secured second place in the division. Lewis Dobedoe and Harry Kearns got Ferndale's other goals.

The goalscoring exploits of Declan Cox saw Wootton Bassett Town B win 2-1 against Wanborough.

Cox bagged both of Bassett’s goals, with Joe Maskelyne replying for Wanborough.

Under 10 Division Four

HIGHWORTH Town Juniors T ended their season with a hard-fought 4-4 draw against South Cerney.

Highworth took the lead inside two minutes through Ryan Blake but went in at 2-1 down at the break before fighting back in the second half through Guy Drayton (2) and Oscar Bell.

A 4-3 triumph looked likely before Highworth conceded an injury time free kick.

Chiseldon lost 4-2 to Tetbury Town, with their consolation goals scored by Josh Baker and Matthew Talbot.
