SWINDON players Jack Tweddell and Mark Cox have both missed out on winning PDC tour cards at the end of Q-School.
The event ran for four days in Wigan, with the semi-finalists in each day's tournament earning a card to compete alongside the best in world darts for the next two years.
Neither Tweddell or Cox had earned a card going into the final day, with the former losing to the experienced Steve Maish in round one this afternoon.
Cox lost to Edwin Max in round two, and despite picking up eight Order of Merit points over the four days he fell short of picking up one of the nine spots available for players not able to win their card automatically.
