CHISELDON’S Jonny May experienced Six Nations success for the first time as he played his part in England’s 20-0 win over Scotland on Saturday.
The ex-Wootton Bassett youngster, who now plays club rugby for Gloucester, took his place on the left wing for 74 minutes of the Calcutta Cup victory.
After an impressive display at Murrayfield, he was replaced in the closing stages by Saracens’ Alex Goode.
May’s first victory in the Six Nations came a week after he broke his nose just eight minutes into the 26-24 tournament-opening defeat against France.
England are next in action on Saturday, February 22 when they take on unbeaten Ireland at Twickenham.
