WOOTTON Bassett Town got back to winning ways last night as Lee Stevens' goal proved enough to see off Cheltenham Saracens.
Bassett, who saw their home clash with Kidlington postponed last weekend, were back in action at the Corinium Stadium and claimed all three points courtesey of Steven's flicked near-post finish from Ryan Stanners' delivery early in the second period.
Jeff Roberts' side have now won three of their last four in the Hellenic League Premier Division, bouncing back from their 2-0 loss at Oxford City Nomads last month.
Bassett travel to Holyport this weekend.
