Rosco backs his riders to get the better of Bech
ROBINS boss Alun Rossiter believes his heat leaders all have enough to get the better of Lakeside's flying Dane, Mikkel Bech, this evening.
Youngster Bech, who burst onto the scene to help Denmark win the World Cup in 2012, endured a year of struggles immediately after helping his country triumph, but is is superb form for the Hammers this season and has already risen from second string to heat leader.
Rossiter, however, believes the likes of Peter Kildemand, Troy Batchelor and Nick Morris can be more than a match.
"If we can beat the weather then I'm sure this will be a really exciting meeting," Rossiter said.
"Lakeside have had a good start to the season and will have some confidence, but I have confidence in my team and, if we pick up where we left off before the rain came on Monday, we can win.
"Mikkel B is a very good young rider and he's in really good form, which is good to see, but Peter, Troy and Nick can all match him. He has a lot of talent but so do my riders.
"Simon (Gustafsson) and Dak (North) looked good on Monday and hopefully they can bring the same again, while it will be good for Steve Worrall and Dan Greenwood to get some more laps around the Abbey."
