SWINDON College Old Boys will look to bounce back from their first defeat of the season when they entertain Slough tomorrow.

However, Mark Lea will have go without Ross Saville after he was ruled out for the rest of the season following the Reading Abbey defeat with a detached bicep, while Stuart Knight is also missing with concussion.

The Old Boys coach said: “Last weekend’s top of the table clash with Reading really took its toll on the first team squad.

“With Ross Saville out for the season, Stuart Knight and many other bruised bodies we decided to use our Tuesday session as recovery and had the lads come to Thamesdown Hydrotherapy pool.

“We have six players from last weekend’s team unavailable for various reasons which include injury, job interviews, dad’s wedding, the flu and taking out the girlfriend.

“However, this gives opportunities for the likes of Jamie Park and Grieg O'Brien. With the cup final only one week away it’s a chance for whoever is in the shirt to stake a claim for a starting spot in that game.”

Meanwhile, Southern Counties South bottom side Supermarine make the trip to Dorchester searching for their first win of the campaign.
