GRAHAM Learmonth admitted Corsham were left kicking themselves after failing to take advantage of league rivals’ new year slip-ups.
Town’s defeat came as leaders Willand and fellow title chasers Ilfracombe were held to draws.
Assistant boss Learmonth said: “A few of the games in and around our area (of the division) were draws so a win would have really helped us in that respect.
“At half time, with us leading, I thought there was only going to be one team in it, but we gave away two sloppy goals at the start of the second half.
“We didn’t start quickly enough and you have to give Street credit for coming back.’’
Craig Gingell gave the Wiltshire visitors the lead in the opening 45 minutes, but goals from Rob Ashdown and Jamie Howson turned the game on its head.
