HEAT DETAILS

Heat 1 (re-run): Andersen, Morris, Lindgren, Sowka, 66.08 (5-1)

Andersen falls wide out on bend two and it's all four back. On the re-run the Robins duo charge into a 5-1 out of bend two. Morris holds on well despite the attentions of Lindgren.

Heat 2 (re-run): Jorgensen, Doyle, Birks, Ingalls, 66.93 (8-4)

Doyle gets well-beaten by Jorgensen out of the start and the Robins man can’t track him down.

Heat 3: Batchelor, Proctor, Stead, Sowka, 66.80 (12-6)

From the gate.

Heat 4 (re-run): Doyle, Kildemand, Schlein, Ingalls, 67.71 (17-7)

Doyle is never troubled. Cracking ride from Kildemand to go from fourth to second after falling in the initial race.

Heat 5: Lindgren (tac), Batchelor, Stead, Sowka, 66.21 (20-13)

Lindgren comes round the top of the two Robins on bend two and that’s that.

Heat 6 (awarded): Andersen, Morris, Jorgensen, Schlein (FX) (25-14)

A big crash at bend one for Schlein midway through the race. Morris also had a spill and it looked like he was trying to avoid Schlein. Race awarded.

Heat 7: Kildemand, Ingalls, Proctor, Birks, 67.55 (28-17)

From the gate.

Heat 8: Doyle, Ingalls, Morris, Jorgensen, 67.49 (32-19)

Doyle gates and goes. Morris edges past Jorgensen at the beginning of lap three and it’s close right up until the line between those two.

Heat 9: Batchelor, Stead, Schlein (tac), Jorgensen, 67.36 (37-20)

The Robins pair gate and blunt Schlein’s tactical ride. That surely is game over now.

Heat 10: Andersen, Proctor, Schlein, Morris, 67.56 (40-23)

Great battle between Andersen, Proctor and Schlein out front. The Swindon man wins it.

Heat 11 (re-run): Kildemand, Lindgren, Birks, Sowka, 66.33 (44-25)

This time it's Kildemand's turn to keep Lindgren quiet. Another top ride from the Dane.

Heat 12: Stead, Doyle, Proctor, Jorgensen, 67.90 (49-26)

Stead down almost straight away and it's all four back. A maximum on the re-run and the hosts are fully out of sight

Heat 13: Lindgren, Andersen, Kildemand, Schlein, 67.02 (52-29)

From the gate.

Heat 14 (re-run): Batchelor, Proctor, Ingalls, Birks (F), 68.21 (55-32)

Batchelor blasts round the boards on bends one and two and is gone. Birks falls on lap three bend two.

Heat 15: Batchelor, Kildemand, Lindgren, Proctor, 66.83 (60-33)

Robins pair charge round the top of Proctor on bend two. Lindgren threatens Kildemand early on but then fades.

Wolves were simply blown away and even though they were under strength I don't feel Klindt or Woffinden would have stopped the Robins winning. I mean Lindgren was beaten 3 times and twice was a 5-1 against him. Yes Batch is back to his best and looked to be enjoying himself. Who the hell was that score announcer crikey talk about waiting for paint to dry.

Fully agree with you Mikek. Swindon were awesome. With Rory Schlein as guest, I thought briefly that Wolves would run us close but strong performances thoughout the team had wondering from Heat 6 where Wolves next heat advantage could come from.............the
re wasn't one!
