A wet Wimborne Road
THE second leg of the Elite League grand final has been postponed again due to heavy rain at Wimborne Road.
Despite the presence of track covers during the day the Poole track is littered with puddles, leaving no option but for the meeting to be called off for the second time in a week.
The two sides will try again on Monday night.
Robins boss Alun Rossiter believes the right decision was made.
“I think it was probably the right decision to call it, but there really was not an awful lot we could do because the weather has beaten us again,” he said.
“It is frustrating and I know the fans are frustrated, because we all just want to get it on and decide a winner.
