The Science Museum, Wroughton provides open access storage and a research facility for larger objects within the family of museums at this historic site outside Swindon.
It stores and conserves over 18,000 large objects such as aircraft, cars and tractors, fire-fighting appliances, industrial production machinery, large scientific instruments, machine tools, motorcycles, printing, and telecommunications.
It holds special events throughout the year and is also open during school holidays for guided tours and group visits.
