Inspirational pianist Ben Waters plays at Rook Lane Chapel in Frome next week, with his particular brand of key-shattering boogie woogie.

Ben has recently played with Axel Zwingenberger and Charlie Watts, both of whom inspired him as a boy when he saw them in A Left Hand Like God on the South Bank Show.

He is now recognised as Britain’s answer to the great piano players of the Deep South, to whom he plays homage in his music. Tickets for the gig, on Saturday at 8pm, are available from 01373 468040 or www.rooklanearts.org.uk.
