The award winning White Horse Inn is a traditional English inn at its very best.
Located in the heart of the beautiful village of Compton Bassett, it is one of the few remaining free houses in Wiltshire.
The building dates back to the early 1700's and became an inn in the 1860's.
Today, visitors can relax in our delightful bar area where a log burner keeps everyone warm through the winter months, or dine in our spectacular candle lit restaurant where exceptional table service comes as standard.
The summer months allow guests to enjoy our extensive gardens, including a pet corner which is a real hit with the kids!
