Steve Jack writes to say that the views of those of us who have been critical of Israel’s murderous onslaught on the people of Gaza are inaccurate or not true.

He admits he is puzzled about sources, indicating once again that the less people know about how Israel developed the more likely they are to support it.

He writes the Arab/Israeli conflict is nothing to do with territory. But it is to do with territory. The state of Israel was founded in 1948 on territory inhabited by Palestinians; an act against the wishes of those people.

The Zionists expanded that territory through further acts of terrorism and have illegally held that extra territory ever since despite UN resolutions.

The sources are not hard to find particularly since 1978 when the opening of Israeli archives provided source material for historians.

Mainstream Israeli historians confirmed what an older generation had said all along about the terrorist ethnic cleansing of Palestine.

Another source that might puzzle Steve is The National Coalition of Christian Organizations in Palestine. They have urged that people “pressure Israel to stop its brutal assault or face sanctions from the international community”.

Another puzzling source might be Albert Einstein who spoke out against the fascism and terrorism of a Zionist group lead by Menachem Begin and Yitshak Shamir, both later Prime Ministers of Israel.

I’m afraid it’s really Steve Jack who has turned reality on its head. His method, ignoring facts, is the same as those who deny smoking causes cancer.
