Is cyclist responsible?
s it possible to get a straight answer to a simple question? Given the debacle of the Jury’s Inn junction, the dangerous junction of Station Road and Wellington Street, and of course the Regent Circus free-for-all, in addition to all the simultaneous road works in the town, is the person responsible for this a 23-year-old post graduate who rides a bike?
