Come on Morrisons, get your act together. When it opened over Eldene I abandoned all the others because I love the big, clean, well-stocked and friendly shop.
Then they decided to stop making people put a £1 in the trolleys which they get back, so now Morrisons trolleys are lying in the bushes and streams over Shaftesbury lakes. Next they cut the staff a lot.
Now you go in half the shelves are half empty, you can hardly find a spare member of staff when you want help and the morale of the staff has gone down.
When I told a member of staff about the trolleys in the lakes I was told in no uncertain terms that they did not give a monkey’s, to be blunt.
They cut the staff to save money, I presume. So how is allowing the expensive new trolleys to be taken and dumped saving money?
When you paid, the trolleys were put back in the bay for you, saving a member of staff from collecting them all over the car park.
I have also noticed my bill is going up a lot, so maybe it is time for me to look elsewhere.
I hope not, because I love shopping in there and I actually hate shopping normally.
