THE book and the movie Fifty Shades of Grey is pure pornography.

It illustrates how the celebrity culture dehumanises women.

It regards women as mere commodity.

It sexualises the bodies of women. It tortures women in slow motion both mentally and physically.

The message of those who control in the celebrity culture is clear: you women have two choices – either you are useful and hot or you’re the other and unimportant.

Powerful men and a handful feminists exploit women through Hollywood dramas, magazines and talk shows like Oprah and Jerry Springer.

Few feminists make millions, like the writer of the book and the actress of the movie, at the expense of the majority of women.

They offer women lifestyle – how to look, what to wear, what to say and how to select their mates through magazines and endless television programmes.

They offer fantasies and in return they receive millions.

Men in industry decide the success of women.

They abuse, degrade women for their own gain. They tell women do as we say and become famous and rich which is part of the process: be submissive and give us what we want. That’s the only way you can get rich and famous.

Many women choose the celebrity culture and trade their lives.
