COMMANDO Spirit and Ethos are at the heart of everything the world famous Royal Marines do – and in particular their ability to work as a team.

Therefore on October 10 and 11, 2015 these personal skills will be put to the test when teams and individuals have the annual opportunity to pit themselves against the Royal Marines training course in the heart of Devon near to their Commando Training Centre base at Lympstone, but this time in the name of charity.

Participants must be over the age of 16 and can opt for one of the three challenges available over the weekend from the 4k fun and 10k marine to the more testing 17k endurance.

The event weekend continues to offer the very best of event facilities from free parking to hot showers and from catering to a bar and special spectators’ transport to view the famous water tunnel obstacle.

It really does have everything you could want in this truly authentic military training course used daily by this elite fighting force.

The funds raised at the Commando Challenges are on behalf of the Royal Marines Charitable Trust Fund (http://www.rmctf.org.uk) who support the serving and retired Royal Marines and the Devon Air Ambulance Trust.
