I HAVE recently seen a rise in the number of patients suffering from confusion, hallucinations, dizziness and falls.
This in part has been due to dehydration. So could I please encourage you all to drink plenty throughout the day.
The aim is to drink two litres a day (alcohol is not included in this amount).
Whenever you have a drink, put the same amount of water in a jug and you will soon see how much you are drinking. You can drink whatever you fancy: Tea, coffee, water, squash and juice.
