Crook Martin Lewis Died peacefully in his sleep on Monday 29th April 2019, age 83. Elder son of the late Phyllis Crook (née Free). A wonderful husband to Betty and Kate, father to Janet and Ian, brother of Chris and grandfather to Sam, Joshua and Megan. A gentleman, he was much loved and will be greatly missed.
