Thomas Patricia (Theresa) On Tuesday 16th April 2019, Patricia sadly passed away. A much loved Sister to Marlene, Dennis and Barbara (deceased). Loving mother of Sally, Dawn and Tracey. A nan and great-nan who will be truly missed. Funeral Service to take place on Friday 10th May 2019 at Kingsdown Crematorium at 1:30pm. Family flowers only please, by request.
