JEFFERIES Eliot Jon 'Eli' Passed away suddenly on 6th May 2019, aged 51 years. Devoted and loving father to Gracie, husband to Alison and a dearly loved son and brother. Funeral service to take place at St Andrew's Church, Moredon on Thursday 30th May at 10.30am. All welcome to attend and please wear bright colours.
