BYCZEK Jerzy Jan 'Jurek' Passed away peacefully at the Great Western Hospital on 16th May 2019, aged 73 years. Much loved husband to Janice. Funeral to be held at North Wiltshire Crematorium on Wednesday 5th June at 3.00pm.
