DAVIES Tim  Died unexpectedly on Wednesday 29th May 2019 after a short illness, aged 80 years. Brother to John, Brother-in-law to Marion, Uncle to Richard, Joanna and Christopher. An Evening Advertiser apprentice and compositor, he spent many years in the print trade. A long-standing Swindon Town FC supporter and cricket lover. His cheerful personality was known to many throughout Swindon, especially in Old Town. He will be much missed by all who knew him. Funeral to take place at Kingsdown Crematorium on 26th June 2019 at 1.30pm. Family flowers only please. Dear Karen, Thank you for this lovely message about my uncle Tim. We know how much he enjoyed his daily cuppa at Waitrose. Thank you to all the Waitrose staff who sent cards and messages to him while he was in hospital. He read them all and was very touched at your kindness. It would be lovely to see any of the Waitrose staff at the funeral this Wednesday (26th June). Best wishes from Joanna Wallis
