THOMAS Valerie Whittaker (Val) Passed away peacefully at Orchid Care Home on 30th March 2020, aged 99 years. Much loved Wife of Bill (deceased) and loving Mother of Sandra. She was the wonderful Grandmother of Claire, Tim, Mark and Steph, and was adored by her Great-Grandchildren, Megan, James, Ryan, Grace, Ellie and Samuel. Valerie will be greatly missed by all her extended family and friends. Our heartfelt thanks to all Orchid staff, past and present, who have cared for Valerie over the last 5 years. A private funeral will be held at Kingsdown Crematorium and owing to the current situation a memorial service will be held later in the year.
