BURKE Michael Keith 'Mick' Sadly passed away on 28th September 2020 aged 56 years. He will be greatly missed by his family and everyone who knew him. In celebration of Mick's life there will be a ceremony on Friday October 30th 2020. I just want to echo what Kirsten has said and Mick has to be one of the kindest and caring people I have ever met. Nothing was ever too much trouble for him and he always did everything with a smile. He was everybody’s best friend, with a kind word and a joke for everyone - children and adults alike. He will be deeply missed at our school.

Mick was a lovely man and I enjoyed working with him for the last few years. He loved the kids he worked with and spoke of his family an ex wife always with great respect and fondness. He tirelessly looked after his dad and showed tolerance and compassion. I shall miss him dearly. He was a caring, funny and down to earth guy. I enjoyed our chats. School won’t be the same without Mick xx
