CHADWICK Valerie Patricia 28/3/33 - 8/3/2021 Valerie died peacefully aged 87, at Great Western Hospital, Swindon. She was a loving wife to Brian (deceased), mother to Christopher and Carolyn (deceased), mother-in-law, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend. She will be greatly missed by all. A private funeral service will be held at Westmill Woodland Burial Ground. Donations to Rett UK in her memory will be much appreciated.
