NOTICE OF SUBMISSION OF FURTHER INFORMATION IN RELATION TO APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION ACCOMPANIED BY ENVIRONMENTAL STATEMENT (REGULATION 25 OF THE TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT ASSESSMENT) REGULATIONS 2017 AS AMENDED) Proposed development at: Land to the west of Shellingford Quarry, Stanford Road, Stanford-in-the-Vale, Faringdon, SN7 8HE. I give notice that Multi-Agg Limited The Upper Lime Kiln Works, Ogbourne St.George, Nr. Marlborough, Wiltshire, SN8 1TD has submitted further information in relation to the environmental statement for the planning application for: Proposed extraction of mineral and restoration by infilling with imported inert materials to agriculture and nature conservation, and that the application is accompanied by an environmental statement.
