TRAFFIC ORDERS

Notice is HEREBY GIVEN that Swindon Borough Council proposes to make the following Orders under the relevant sections of The Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 the effect of which will be:

Swindon Borough Council (Waiting and Loading Restrictions and Parking Places Consolidation) Order 2017 (Variation No. 18)2019

To introduce 'no waiting at anytime' restriction on the west side of St Philip's Road and 'No Waiting Mon-Fri 8am-9.30am and 2.30pm-4pm' restriction on the east side of St Philip's Road between the junctions of Haig Close and Farrfield. To revoke 'no waiting at anytime' on the west side of Cricklade Road and the bus lane on the north-bound carriageway between the junctions with Poplar Avenue and Menham Close A copy of the documents for the above Orders may be inspected online at

Objections or representations to the proposed Orders should be made completing the consultation form which can be found at

under 'proposed traffic regulation orders' under reference (H&T/TRO/ St Philip's Road) and (H&T/TRO/ Cricklade Road) by no later than 11 October 2019. Any objection or representation received will form part of a public record which may be made publicly available.
