NOTICE OF SUBMISSION OF FURTHER INFORMATION IN RELATION TO APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION ACCOMPANIED BY ENVIRONMENTAL STATEMENT (REGULATION 25 OF THE TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT ASSESSMENT) REGULATIONS 2017 AS AMENDED) Proposed development at Land to the west of Hatford Quarry, Fernham Road, Hatford, Faringdon, SN7 8JQ I give notice that Hatford Quarry Limited, The Upper Lime Kiln Works, Ogbourne St George, Nr Marlborough, Wiltshire, SN81TD is applying to Oxfordshire County Council for planning permission: Extraction of mineral and restoration to agriculture and nature conservation by infilling with imported inert materials and that the application is accompanied by an environmental statement.
