I give notice that Freeman Retirement Living & Berkley Care (Wichelstowe) Ltd, c/o Lawrence Land is applying to Swindon Borough Council Planning Department for subsequent consent for S/COHD/21/0189 - Discharge of Condition 15 (Foul Water Drainage Strategy) and Condition 16 (Surface Water Drainage Strategy) in so far as they relate to Parcel 8B pursuant to Wichelstowe Outline Planning Permission S/13/1524 which was accompanied by an Environmental Statement. Members of the public may inspect the application and associated documents online via our website
