I give notice that Bellway Homes and Vistry Homes Ltd have submitted subsequent applications to Swindon Borough Council in respect of residential development including 370no. dwellings, a local convenience store/community facility, primary school, open space, landscaping, access points to and from Wanborough Road and northern site boundary and eastern boundaries and associated infrastructure (S/OUT/16/0021), as follows:
1. Application for the approval of reserved matters in relation to the erection of 81 no. dwellings and associated works (reference number S/RES/21/0454) and;
2. Application for the approval of reserved matters in relation to the erection of 79no. dwellings and associated works (reference number S/RES/21/0498).
