I give notice that Rob Powe is applying to Swindon Borough Council Planning Department for subsequent consent for; S/RES/21/2004 - Reserved Matters from previous permission S/13/1524 regarding details of the layout, scale, appearance, landscaping and access in relation to the extension of Scott Way within the Orchards, Wichelstowe in accordance with Condition 4 of outline permission S/13/1524, which was accompanied by an Environmental Statement. Members of the public may inspect the application and associated documents online via our website

and by entering application number S/RES/21/2004. The Environmental Statement can be viewed under S/13/1524. Copies of the Environmental Statement are available for purchase. Anyone who wishes to make representations about these applications should write to the Council at the following address: Planning Department, Wat Tyler House, Beckhampton Street, Swindon, SN12JG or via the above public access link, quoting the relevant reference S/RES/21/2004 before 13th February 2022.
