NOTICE OF PUBLIC PATH ORDER TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT, 1990, SECTION 257 & PARAGRAPH 1 OF SCHEDULE 14 STRATTON AUDLEY FOOTPATH NO.5 (PART) DIVERSION ORDER 2016 The above Order was made on the 15 December 2016.
The effect of the Order will be to divert the entire width of Stratton Audley Footpath No.5 which runs from the kissing gate on the field boundary at grid ref SP 60652, 26222 (point A on the order map) in an east north east direction for approximately 32 metres to grid ref SP 60681, 26234 (point Z on the order map) where it meets the public
highway and terminates and create an alternative footpath on to a line running from the point on the existing footpath
No. 5 at the kissing gate at the field boundary at grid ref
SP 60652, 26222 (point A on the order map) thence in a
north eastern direction for approximately 17 metres to grid ref SP 60665, 26232 (point B on the order map), thence in an east north east direction for approximately 16 metres to grid ref SP 60679, 26239 (point C on the order map),
where it crosses the footbridge, meets the public highway and terminates as shown on the order map.
A copy of the Order and the Order Map may be seen free of charge at Cherwell District Council Offices, Bodicote House, Bodicote, Banbury and Franklins House, Bicester from 9:00am to 4:00pm on weekdays. Copies of the Order and Order Map may be bought there at the price of fifty pence.
Any representation about or objection to the Order may be sent or delivered in writing addressed to Mrs J Humphreys, Law and Governance, Cherwell District Council, Bodicote House, Bodicote, Banbury, Oxfordshire, OX15 4AA, or by email to prow@cherwellandsouthnorthants.gov.uk not later than 20 January 2017. Please state the grounds on which
it is made.
If no such representations or objections are duly made, or if any so made are subsequently withdrawn, Cherwell District Council may itself confirm the Order as an
unopposed Order. If the Order is sent to the Secretary
of State for confirmation, representations or objections which have not been withdrawn will be sent with the Order.
