Swindon Borough Council (Waiting and Loading Restrictions and Parking Places Consolidation) Order 2014 (Variation No. 30) Order 2016
Notice is HEREBY GIVEN that on the 22 March 2017 Swindon Borough Council made the above Order under the provisions of The Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and The Traffic Management Act 2004, the effect of which is as follow:
Cambria Place (south side) - Revocation of the Residents Parking for Zone F Permit Holders to replace with 'no waiting at any time' restriction from Property No 46 for a distance of 22 metres in an westerly direction.
Cambria Place (south side) - Revocation of the existing 'No Waiting Mon - Fri 8am - 5:30pm/ Residents Parking Permit Zone F to be replaced with 'Limited Waiting 1 hour Mon-Sat 9am to 6pm, no return within 1 hour/Residents Parking for Zone F Permit Holders Mon- Sat 8am - 10pm) outside No's 24 to 33 Cambria Place.
The Order will be operative as of 27 March 2017 and a copy of the sealed Order and plan may be inspected at the One Stop Shop, Wat Tyler House, Euclid Street, Swindon during opening hours.
If you wish to question the validity of the Order, or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or on the grounds that any requirements of that Act or of any instrument made thereunder has not been complied with in relation to the Order, you may, within 6 weeks from 22 March 2017 apply to the High Court for this purpose.
